1 - (Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. but it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. but Allah knoweth, and ye know not) Nobel Qura'n 2: 216
2 - These are the verses of Nobel Qura'n in case of war: (Fight In the Way of Allah those who fight you, but transgress not the limits. Truly, Allah likes not the transgressors). (2 : 190)
3 - (Permission to fight is given to those who are fighting them, and because they have been wronged, and surely, Allah is Able to give them victory) (22 : 39)
4 - (If they withdraw from you, and fight not against you, and offer You peace, Then Allâh has opened no Way for You against them). (4 : 90)
5 - (But if they incline to peace, You also incline to it, and (put your) trust In Allâh. Verily, He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower). (8 : 61)
6 - (Allâh does not forbid You to deal justly and kindly with those who fought not against You on account of Religion and did not drive You out of Your homes. Verily, Allâh loves those who deal with equity). (60 : 8)
7 - (If anyone killed a person not In retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief In the land – it would be as if He killed All mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if He saved the life of All mankind). (5 : 32)
8 - And these are the commands of The Prophet Muhammad to the fighters in case of war : (Do not kill an oldster or a child or a young boy or a woman, do not do disloyalty, and do good deeds that God loves the good-doers )
9 - (Fight he who unbelief, don't torture nor exceed, don't kill a child)
10 - ) Never torture even a biter dog )
11 - (Don1't kill lineage, servant and hireling, don't fight the people of hermitages)
12 - (Never ever kill lineage, never ever kill lineage, never ever kill lineage).
13 - (Never kill a wounded, don't follow an escapee, don't kill a captive or prisoner, he who closed his home door is safe.
14 – (Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). When he sent the army to fight the oppressors and aggressors, ordered his companions not to cut trees, or destroy buildings, not to slaughter animals but only for food. He also ordered them not to disturb the monks and leave them alone in their hermitages صوامع, and extended to include all God's creatures , He even ordered his companions after they burned ants, saying : no one is aught to torture with the fire except the creator of fire

14 - These are commands of the first Khalifa (Abubakr) to the fighters in case of war: (O people! Stop and listen : I advise you ten points: don't be disloyal, don't do treason, don't turtle, don't kill a child, don't kill woman, don't kill oldster, don't cut burn balm tree, don't cut fruity trees, don't slaughter a sheep or cow or camel but for food, you would pass by monks in hermitages, let them alone.
15 - These are commands of the second Khalifa (Omar) to the fighters in case of war: (Fight but not aggress, because Allah don't like aggressors, don't buzzard on facing enemy, don't turtle whenever you conquer, don't steal, don't kill oldster or woman or child.
16 - These are commands of the third Khalifa (Ali) to the fighters in case of war: (If you conquer your enemy, let forgiving him be a thank to Allah Who grant you ability, don't follow an escapee nor kill a wounded.
By mind, by logic this is the war concept in Islam to whom who wants to compare. Praise be to Allah, due to the Grace of Islam, the sufficient Grace.
